In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Shawnee Redskins volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Galatia Bearcats.

The Redskins (2-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Zeigler-Royalton (Zeigler, IL). The Tornadoes come into the non-league challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, Zeigler-Royalton lost by Johnston City (Johnston City, IL), 2-0, in a league challenge.
