The Saxons now possess a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to Elk Grove for a non-league bout on Thursday, September 4. Schaumburg will play a Grenadiers squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Dundee-Crown (Carpentersville, IL). The Grenadiers record now stands at 2-0.
