Missouri High School Soccer - Washington knocks off Sullivan
September 2, 2025: Washington, MO 63090 The Washington Bluejays soccer squad scored 5 points and held the visiting Sullivan Eagles to 2 in the Bluejays non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Bluejays now possess a 1-0 record. They play next when they host Fort Zumwalt South for a Gateway Central bout on Thursday, September 4. Washington will play a Bulldogs squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over North Point (Wentzville, MO). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-0.
With the loss, Sullivan moves to 1-1 on the year. The Eagles travel to Waynesville (Waynesville, MO) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Thursday, September 4. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Waynesville lost 6-0 in their recent league bout against Carthage (Carthage, MO)
