South Dakota High School Volleyball - Howard Freeman
September 4, 2025: Freeman, SD 57029 Freeman Flyers (Freeman, SD) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Howard Tigers (Howard, SD), 3-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Freeman improves its record to 5-0 on the season. The Flyers host Centerville (Centerville, SD) to face the Tornadoes in a B Region 4 test on Tuesday, September 9. The Tornadoes go into the test with a record of 3-0. Centerville won 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Flandreau Indian (Flandreau, SD)
The Tigers now own a 0-4 record. They play next when they travel to Hanson for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, September 9. Howard will meet a Beavers team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Parkston (Parkston, SD). The Beavers record now stands at 1-4.
