Colorado High School Volleyball - Denver West can't get by Alameda
September 5, 2024: Denver, CO 80204 Alameda Pirates (Lakewood, CO) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the host Denver West Cowboys (Denver, CO), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Alameda improves its record to 2-2 on the season. The Pirates travel to Sheridan (Denver, CO) to face the Rams in a test on Monday, September 9. The Rams go into the test with a record of 3-2. Sheridan won 2-1 in their recent non-league test against DSST: Cedar (Denver, CO)
The Cowboys now own a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Denver North for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 10. Denver West will face a Vikings squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Arvada West (Arvada, CO). The Vikings record now stands at 1-1.
