New York High School Football - East Aurora/Holland can't hold off Cheektowaga
September 5, 2025: Cheektowaga, NY 14225 The Cheektowaga Chargers got by the visiting East Aurora/Holland Blue Devils football team by a score of 18-12 in Friday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Chargers play the West Seneca East Trojans (West Seneca, NY) in a Section 6 B - 1 challenge, on Friday, September 12. Cheektowaga will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record. The Trojans go into the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 42-14 non-league win over Starpoint (Lockport, NY).
The Blue Devils (0-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Lackawanna (Lackawanna, NY). The Steelers come into the Section 6 B - 3 test with a 0-1 record. In their last test, Lackawanna was nipped by Pioneer (Yorkshire, NY), 7-0, in a non-league test.
