The Long Shoals Wesleyan Academy Crusaders volleyball squad (Lincolnton, NC), dropped 2-0 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Pinnacle Classical Academy Eagles (Shelby, NC)

With the win, Pinnacle Classical Academy improves its record to 3-3 on the season. The Eagles travel to Thomas Jefferson Classical Academy (Mooresboro, NC) to encounter the Gryphons in a non-league battle on Monday, September 8. The Gryphons go into the battle with a record of 5-0. Thomas Jefferson Classical Academy won 2-0 in their recent non-league battle against Queen's Grant (Matthews, NC)
