The Thatcher Eagles volleyball squad (Thatcher, AZ), dropped 2-0 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Valley Christian Trojans (Chandler, AZ)

With the win, Valley Christian improves its record to 3-0 on the season. The Trojans travel to Shadow Ridge (Surprise, AZ) to encounter the Stallions in a non-league battle on Friday, September 5. The Stallions go into the battle with a record of 2-0. Shadow Ridge won 3-2 in their recent non-league battle against Desert Ridge (Mesa, AZ)

The Eagles now own a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Deer Valley for a non-league battle on Saturday, September 6. Thatcher will meet a Skyhawks team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Greenway (Phoenix, AZ). The Skyhawks record now stands at 1-1.
