September 6, 2022: Anderson, TX 77830 The Liberty Panthers volleyball team (Liberty, TX), was dropped 3-0 in Tuesday's non-league challenge with the host Anderson-Shiro Fighting Owls (Anderson, TX)
The Fighting Owls (12-10) will now prepare for their challenge against New Waverly (New Waverly, TX). The Bulldogs enter the 3A Region III District 23 challenge with a 3-4 record. In their last challenge, New Waverly defeated St. Joseph Catholic (Bryan, TX), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Panthers encounter the Dayton Broncos (Dayton, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 9. Liberty will attempt to move on its 14-10 season record.
