South Carolina High School Football - Whale Branch tops Ridgeland

September 6, 2024: Beaufort, SC 29940

The Whale Branch Warriors football squad scored 35 points and limited the visiting Ridgeland to 12 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Friday.

The Warriors now sport a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they host Woodland for a non-league test on Friday, September 13. Whale Branch will meet a Wolverines squad coming off a 42-0 non-league win over Bethune-Bowman (Orangeburg, SC). The Wolverines record now stands at 2-0.

With the defeat, Ridgeland drops to 1-2 on the campaign. The travel to Manning (Manning, SC) to meet the Monarchs in a non-league test on Friday, September 13. The Monarchs come into the test with a record of 1-1.
