The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Washington County Bulldogs (Chatom, AL) and the host St. Luke's Episcopal Wildcats (Mobile, AL), witnessed Washington County's football squad knock off St. Luke's Episcopal by a tally of 20-0.

The Bulldogs (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Chickasaw (Chickasaw, AL). The Chieftains enter the 2A Region 1 contest with a 0-3 record. In their last contest, Chickasaw was toppled by Blacksher (Uriah, AL), 52-18, in a league contest.

Coming up next, the Wildcats battle the Central Lions (Hayneville, AL) in a 2A Region 1 contest, on Friday, September 13. St. Luke's Episcopal will attempt to better on its 1-1 season record.
