California High School Volleyball - Grant tips Sylmar
September 7, 2024: Van Nuys, CA 91401 The Grant Lancers (Van Nuys, CA) volleyball held off the visiting Sylmar Spartans (Sylmar, CA), 1-0 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Lancers now possess a 6-3 record. They play next when they host North Hollywood for a East Valley bout on Monday, September 9. Grant will clash with a Huskies team coming off a 3-0 league win over Poly (Sun Valley, CA). The Huskies record now stands at 2-4.
With the loss, Sylmar drops to 4-6 on the campaign. The Spartans host Canoga Park (Canoga Park, CA) to clash with the Hunters in a Valley Mission bout on Monday, September 9. The Hunters come into the bout with a record of 1-8. Canoga Park lost 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Bishop Conaty-Loretto (Los Angeles, CA)
