In Friday's non-league game, the South Florence Bruins (Florence, SC) football team were victorious over the host Carolina Forest Panthers (Myrtle Beach, SC), by a score of 30-22.

The Bruins (4-1) will now prepare for their game against South Pointe (Rock Hill, SC). The Stallions come into the non-league game with a 3-1 record. In their last game, South Pointe knocked off Chester (Chester, SC), 31-0, in a non-league game.
