The St. James Sharks (Murrells Inlet, SC) football defeated the visiting Lake City Panthers (Lake City, SC), 43-28 in Friday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Sharks face the Ashley Ridge Swamp Foxes (Summerville, SC) in a non-league bout, on Friday, September 15. St. James will attempt to advance on its 2-2 season record. The Swamp Foxes enter the bout with a 2-0 record after their 33-25 non-league win over Conway (Conway, SC).
