Spectators at Tuesday's non-league contest between the Guardian Angels Central Catholic Bluejays (West Point, NE) and the visiting Pierce Bluejays (Pierce, NE), saw Guardian Angels Central Catholic's softball squad nip Pierce by a score of 6-0.

With the triumph, Guardian Angels Central Catholic improves its record to 10-5 on the year. The Bluejays host Aquinas (David City, NE) to face the Monarchs in a non-league contest on Thursday, September 11. The Monarchs enter the contest with a record of 4-10. Aquinas lost 12-2 in their recent non-league match against Crete (Crete, NE)
