North Carolina High School Soccer - East Rowan knocks off South Rowan
September 11, 2023: China Grove, NC 28023 East Rowan Mustangs (Salisbury, NC) fans were pleased Monday as they observed their soccer team prevail over the host South Rowan Raiders (China Grove, NC), 5-1 in a league challenge.
Next, the Mustangs confront the Northwest Cabarrus Trojans (Concord, NC) in a South Piedmont 3A challenge, on Wednesday, September 13. East Rowan will attempt to better on its 3-4 season record. The Trojans enter the challenge with a 3-3 record after their 1-0 league win over Robinson (Concord, NC).
The Raiders now have a 3-5 record. They take the field next when they host Concord for a South Piedmont 3A challenge on Wednesday, September 13. South Rowan will confront a Spiders team coming off a 3-0 league win over West Rowan (Mt. Ulla, NC). The Spiders record now stands at 3-0.
