In Wednesday's league challenge, the host Marquette University Hilltoppers volleyball team scored a close 3-2 victory over the Hamilton Chargers.

The Hilltoppers (7-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Brookfield Central (Brookfield, WI). The Lancers enter the Greater Metro challenge with a 4-3 record.
