Upson-Lee Knights (Thomaston, GA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball team overcome the host Baldwin Braves (Milledgeville, GA), 2-0 in a league challenge.

The Knights (12-15) will now prepare for their challenge against Peach County (Fort Valley, GA). The Trojans enter the 3A Area 1 challenge with a 4-15 record. In their last challenge, Peach County was beaten by Warner Robins (Warner Robins, GA), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Braves meet the Peach County Trojans (Fort Valley, GA) in a 3A Area 1 challenge, on Thursday, September 11. Baldwin will attempt to upgrade on its 3-8 season record. The Trojans enter the challenge with a 4-15 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Warner Robins (Warner Robins, GA).
