September 12, 2023: Roswell, NM 88203 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Roswell Coyotes (Roswell, NM) and the visiting Portales Rams (Portales, NM), saw Roswell's volleyball squad beat Portales by a tally of 3-1.
With the win, Roswell upgrades its record to 4-2 on the year. The Coyotes host Clovis (Clovis, NM) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Friday, September 15. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 4-2. Clovis won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Estacado (Lubbock, TX)
The Rams now own a 5-2 record. They play next when they travel to Ruidoso for a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 19. Portales will play a Warriors squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Tularosa (Tularosa, NM). The Warriors record now stands at 2-2.
