Parkside Rams (Salisbury, MD) followers went home in high spirits Saturday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the visiting North Caroline Bulldogs (Ridgely, MD), 24-9 in a league battle.

With the win, Parkside advances its record to 1-1 on the season. The Rams travel to Cambridge-South Dorchester (Cambridge, MD) to play the Vikings in a non-league battle on Friday, September 20. The Vikings go into the battle with a record of 2-0. Cambridge-South Dorchester won 49-21 in their recent non-league battle against Century (Sykesville, MD)

The Bulldogs now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Easton for a Bayside 3A/2A battle on Friday, September 20. North Caroline will play a Warriors team coming off a 35-0 league win over Wicomico (Salisbury, MD). The Warriors record now stands at 2-0.
