September 15, 2025: Frederick, MD 21701 The Winters Mill Falcons soccer squad scored 6 points and held the host Frederick Cadets to 1 in the Falcons non-league victory on Monday.
The Falcons now possess a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Laurel for a non-league bout on Wednesday, September 17. Winters Mill will face a Spartans team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Wise (Upper Marlboro, MD). The Spartans record now stands at 2-2.
The Cadets (2-2) will now prepare for their game against St. John's Catholic Prep (Buckeystown, MD). The Vikings come into the non-league game with a 0-2 record. In their last game, St. John's Catholic Prep was overwhelmed by Brunswick (Brunswick, MD), 4-0, in a non-league game.
