The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Monroe Central Golden Bears (Parker City, IN) and the visiting Tri Titans (Straughn, IN), saw Monroe Central's volleyball squad beat Tri by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Monroe Central upgrades its record to 8-7 on the year. The Golden Bears travel to Knightstown (Knightstown, IN) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Saturday, September 16.
