In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Dinuba Emperors volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Mt. Whitney Pioneers.

The Emperors (4-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Kingsburg (Kingsburg, CA). The Vikings enter the non-league challenge with a 6-15 record.

Next, the Pioneers meet the Porterville Panthers (Porterville, CA) in a East Yosemite test, on Wednesday, September 17. Mt. Whitney will attempt to improve on its 1-9 season record. The Panthers go into the test with a 20-4 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Exeter (Exeter, CA).
