South Dakota High School Volleyball - Newell over Bison
September 17, 2024: Newell, SD 57760 In Tuesday's league challenge, the host Newell Irrigators volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Bison Cardinals.
The Irrigators (2-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Lemmon (Lemmon, SD). The Cowboys come into the B Region 8 challenge with a 3-3 record. In their last challenge, Lemmon was beaten by Mott-Regent (Mott, ND), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Cardinals meet the Takini Skyhawks (Howes, SD) in a B Region 8 challenge, on Friday, September 20. Bison will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record. The Skyhawks come into the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Tiospaye Topa (Ridgeview, SD).
