Morrison Mustangs (Morrison, IL) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they observed their volleyball team overcome the host Amboy Clippers (Amboy, IL), 2-0 in a league challenge.

The Mustangs (4-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Riverdale (Port Byron, IL). The Rams enter the non-league challenge with a 0-0 record.

Next, the Clippers meet the Fulton Steamers (Fulton, IL) in a test, on Tuesday, September 23. Amboy will attempt to improve on its 7-4 season record. The Steamers go into the test with a 1-0 record after their 2-1 league win over Galena (Galena, IL).
