The Galena Park Yellowjackets were victorious over the host Westbury Huskies volleyball team by a tally of 3-0 in Wednesday's league outing.

The Yellowjackets now have a 15-12 record. They play next when they travel to Carnegie Vanguard for a 5A Region III District 21 outing on Saturday, September 20. Galena Park will play a Rhinos team coming off a 3-0 league win over Sharpstown (Houston, TX). The Rhinos record now stands at 13-4.

With the loss, Westbury drops to 4-6 on the campaign. The Huskies travel to Milby (Houston, TX) to play the Buffs in a 5A Region III District 21 outing on Saturday, September 20.
