The Cedar Ridge Fighting Red Wolves volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Orange Panthers to 0 in the Fighting Red Wolves league triumph on Thursday.

The Fighting Red Wolves now possess a 13-0 record. They play next when they travel to Seaforth for a Big Seven 4A/5A bout on Tuesday, September 23. Cedar Ridge will clash with a Hawks team coming off a 3-0 league win over Carrboro (Carrboro, NC). The Hawks record now stands at 10-5.

With the loss, Orange drops to 6-7 on the campaign. The Panthers host South Central (Winterville, NC) to confront the Falcons in a non-league match on Monday, September 22.
