In Friday's non-league game, the North East Grape Pickers (North East, PA) football team triumphed over the visiting Franklin Knights (Franklin, PA), by a margin of 68-0.

The Grape Pickers now sport a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Titusville for a non-league outing on Friday, September 26. North East will clash with a Rockets squad coming off a 26-7 non-league win over Warren (Warren, PA). The Rockets record now stands at 1-4.

With the defeat, Franklin drops to 0-5 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Erie (Erie, PA) to clash with the Royals in a non-league outing on Saturday, September 27.
