Virginia High School Volleyball - Washington-Liberty can't get by Westfield
September 20, 2024: Chantilly, VA 20151 Westfield Bulldogs (Chantilly, VA) followers left the game satisfied Friday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the visiting Washington-Liberty Generals (Arlington, VA), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Westfield advances its record to 2-1 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Centreville (Clifton, VA) to face the Wildcats in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 24. The Wildcats go into the test with a record of 0-2. Centreville lost 2-0 in their recent non-league test against James Madison (Vienna, VA)
The Generals now sport a 2-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Herndon for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 24. Washington-Liberty will face a Hornets squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to George C. Marshall (Falls Church, VA). The Hornets record now stands at 0-5.
