Ohio High School Soccer - Franklin toppled by Middletown
September 21, 2024: Franklin, OH 45005 Middletown Middies (Middletown, OH) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Franklin Wildcats (Franklin, OH), 10-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Middletown moves its record to 5-4 on the campaign. The Middies travel to Fairfield (Fairfield, OH) to clash with the Indians in a Greater Miami test on Tuesday, September 24. The Indians come into the test with a record of 3-4. Fairfield lost 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Badin (Hamilton, OH)
The Wildcats now sport a 1-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bellbrook for a Southwestern Buckeye - Southwestern test on Tuesday, September 24. Franklin will clash with a Golden Eagles team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Chaminade Julienne Catholic (Dayton, OH). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 5-4.
