West Virginia High School Volleyball - Wahama Meigs
September 22, 2025: Mason, WV 25260 Meigs Marauders (Pomeroy, OH) boosters left the game satisfied Monday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Wahama White Falcons (Mason, WV), 3-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Meigs improves its record to 4-10 on the season. The Marauders host Wellston (Wellston, OH) to face the Golden Rockets in a Tri-Valley - Ohio challenge on Tuesday, September 23. The Golden Rockets come into the challenge with a record of 1-14. Wellston lost 2-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Oak Hill (Oak Hill, OH)
Next, the White Falcons play the Wirt County Tigers (Elizabeth, WV) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 25. Wahama will attempt to upgrade on its 1-9 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 8-2 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Nicholas County (Summersville, WV).
