Virginia High School Volleyball - Heritage can't hold off King's Fork
September 23, 2024: Suffolk, VA 23434 In Monday's non-league match, the King's Fork Bulldogs (Suffolk, VA) volleyball squad tipped the visiting Heritage Hurricanes (Newport News, VA), by a count of 3-2.
Next up, the Bulldogs battle the Great Bridge Wildcats (Chesapeake, VA) in a Southeastern match, on Thursday, September 26. King's Fork will attempt to move on its 5-6 season record. The Wildcats enter the match with a 5-6 record after their 3-2 league loss to Indian River (Chesapeake, VA).
The Hurricanes (3-4) will now prepare for their game against Kecoughtan (Hampton, VA). The Warriors go into the Peninsula game with a 2-6 record. In their last game, Kecoughtan was edged by Woodside (Newport News, VA), 3-0, in a league game.
