September 24, 2025: Albuquerque, NM 87102 In Wednesday's league challenge, the Albuquerque Bulldogs (Albuquerque, NM) soccer squad overwhelmed the visiting West Mesa Mustangs (Albuquerque, NM), by a margin of 12-0.
The Bulldogs now hold a 4-5 record. They play next when they travel to Albuquerque Academy for a non-league challenge on Thursday, September 25. Albuquerque will encounter a Chargers squad coming off a 10-0 league win over Valley (Albuquerque, NM). The Chargers record now stands at 8-2.
With the loss, West Mesa moves to 2-7 on the year. The Mustangs host Rio Grande (Albuquerque, NM) to encounter the Ravens in a 5A District 5 challenge on Saturday, September 27. The Ravens go into the challenge with a record of 2-9. Rio Grande lost 10-0 in their recent league challenge against Los Lunas (Los Lunas, NM)
