Spectators at Thursday's league contest between the Chatfield Chargers (Littleton, CO) and the visiting Bear Creek Bears (Lakewood, CO), saw Chatfield's softball squad topple Bear Creek by a score of 10-0.

With the triumph, Chatfield improves its record to 7-10 on the year. The Chargers host Valor Christian (Highlands Ranch, CO) to face the Eagles in a 5A Jeffco contest on Monday, September 29. The Eagles enter the contest with a record of 11-7. Valor Christian won 14-6 in their recent league contest against Bear Creek (Lakewood, CO)

The Bears now hold a 3-14 record. They play next when they travel to Valor Christian for a 5A Jeffco match on Saturday, September 27. Bear Creek will battle a Eagles team coming off a 5-2 league win over Arvada West (Arvada, CO). The Eagles record now stands at 10-7.
