The Da Vinci Dragons football squad scored 40 points and limited the visiting Immanuel Christian Warriors to 26 in the Dragons non-league triumph on Friday.

The Dragons now hold a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Buena Vista for a non-league test on Friday, October 3. Da Vinci will meet a Longhorns squad coming off a 64-16 non-league loss to Westbrook (Westbrook, TX). The Longhorns record now stands at 1-4.

With the defeat, Immanuel Christian drops to 2-2 on the campaign. The Warriors host El Paso Leadership Academy East (El Paso, TX) to meet the Leaders in a non-league test on Friday, October 3.
