The Russell-Tyler-Ruthton (Tyler, MN) varsity football team won Friday's home conference game against Tracy-Milroy-Balaton (Tracy, MN) by a score of 7-0.
The Russell-Tyler-Ruthton Knights edged the visiting Tracy-Milroy-Balaton Panthers football squad by a margin of 7-0 in Friday's league outing.
The Knights now sport a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they host B O L D for a non-league outing on Friday, October 3. Russell-Tyler-Ruthton will clash with a Warriors squad coming off a 54-6 non-league loss to Springfield/Comfrey (Springfield, MN). The Warriors record now stands at 2-3.
With the defeat, Tracy-Milroy-Balaton drops to 2-3 on the campaign. The Panthers host Murray County Central (Slayton, MN) to face the Rebels in a non-league game on Friday, October 3. The Rebels enter the game with a record of 3-2. Murray County Central won 64-6 in their recent non-league game against Lac qui Parle Valley (Madison, MN)
