September 27, 2023: San Mateo, CA 94401 The Milpitas Trojans volleyball team (Milpitas, CA), was dropped 3-0 in Wednesday's non-league challenge with the host San Mateo Bearcats (San Mateo, CA)
The Bearcats (12-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Half Moon Bay (Half Moon Bay, CA). The Cougars enter the Peninsula - Bay challenge with a 7-10 record. In their last challenge, Half Moon Bay defeated Hillsdale (San Mateo, CA), 3-2, in a league challenge.
Next, the Trojans encounter the Gilroy Mustangs (Gilroy, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 29. Milpitas will attempt to move on its 5-11 season record. The Mustangs enter the challenge with a 7-7 record after their 3-0 league win over James Lick (San Jose, CA).
