Texas High School Football - Grace Community sneaks past Brentwood Christian

The Grace Community Cougars football squad scored 42 points and limited the host Brentwood Christian Bears to 35 in the Cougars league triumph on Friday.

The Cougars now sport a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they host Brook Hill for a TAPPS Division II District 2 test on Friday, October 4. Grace Community will meet a Guard squad coming off a 42-20 league loss to Regents (Austin, TX). The Guard record now stands at 2-2.

With the defeat, Brentwood Christian drops to 3-2 on the campaign. The Bears host Grace Prep (Arlington, TX) to meet the Lions in a TAPPS Division II District 2 test on Friday, October 11. The Lions come into the test with a record of 1-3.
