The Northwest Mohawks football team (McDermott, OH), was tipped 38-35 in Friday's league bout with the host Valley Indians (Lucasville, OH)

With the win, Valley advances its record to 1-5 on the season. The Indians travel to Portsmouth West (West Portsmouth, OH) to encounter the Senators in a Southern Ohio II bout on Friday, October 4. The Senators go into the bout with a record of 4-2. Portsmouth West won 24-0 in their recent league bout against Minford (Minford, OH)
