In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Sterling Black Bears volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Chaparral Roadrunners.

The Black Bears (9-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Ellinwood (Ellinwood, KS). The Eagles come into the non-league challenge with a 17-0 record. In their last challenge, Ellinwood beat Central Plains (Claflin, KS), 2-0, in a league challenge.
