September 28, 2024: Rockford, IL 61114 Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Guilford Vikings (Rockford, IL) and the visiting Antioch Sequoits (Antioch, IL), observed Guilford's volleyball team top Antioch by a tally of 2-0.
The Vikings (8-10) will now prepare for their contest against Central (Burlington, IL). The Rockets enter the non-league contest with a 12-4 record. In their last contest, Central beat Cary-Grove (Cary, IL), 2-0, in a league contest.
Next, the Sequoits meet the Boylan Catholic Titans (Rockford, IL) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, September 28. Antioch will attempt to upgrade on its 11-8 season record. The Titans enter the contest with a 10-6 record after their 2-1 league loss to Hononegah (Rockton, IL).
