The Bethesda Christian Lions held off the visiting CenTex HomeSchool Bearcats football team by a final score of 37-36 in Friday's non-league outing.

With the win, Bethesda Christian improves its record to 1-4 on the season. The Lions host Fort Worth THESA (Fort Worth, TX) to confront the Riders in a non-league outing on Friday, October 6. The Riders go into the outing with a record of 1-4. Fort Worth THESA lost 42-15 in their recent non-league outing against Milford (Milford, TX)

With the loss, CenTex HomeSchool moves to 1-5 on the season. The Bearcats travel to Founders Classical Academy (Mesquite, TX) to confront the Guardian in a TAIAO Division 3 - North (6 Man) outing on Friday, October 6.
