North Carolina High School Soccer - Blue Ridge Early College knocks off Summit Charter
September 29, 2023: Cashiers, NC 28717 Blue Ridge Early College Bobcats (Cashiers, NC) fans were thrilled Friday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Summit Charter Bears (Cashiers, NC), 5-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Bobcats face the Hayesville Yellowjackets (Hayesville, NC) in a Smoky Mountain 1A challenge, on Monday, October 2. Blue Ridge Early College will attempt to better on its 7-4 season record. The Yellowjackets enter the challenge with a 3-4 record after their 1-0 league win over Cherokee (Cherokee, NC).
The Bears now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Blue Ridge Early College for a non-league challenge on Thursday, October 12.
