Illinois High School Volleyball - Proviso East over DRW College Prep
September 29, 2025: Maywood, IL 60153 In Monday's non-league challenge, the host Proviso East Pirates volleyball team scored a 2-0 win over the DRW College Prep Cheetahs.
Next up, the Pirates face the Addison Trail Blazers (Addison, IL) in a West Suburban- Gold game, on Tuesday, September 30. Proviso East will attempt to advance on its 5-17 season record. The Blazers go into the game with a 6-13 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Downers Grove North (Downers Grove, IL).
The Cheetahs (3-5) will now prepare for their game against Hansberry (Chicago, IL). The Bengals go into the Noble Street game with a 5-5 record. In their last outing, Hansberry lost by Rauner (Chicago, IL), 2-1, in a league outing.
