Nebraska High School Football - Bellevue West can't get by Gretna
September 30, 2022: Gretna, NE 68028 Gretna Dragons (Gretna, NE) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team nip the visiting Bellevue West Thunderbirds (Bellevue, NE), 40-37 in a league test.
With the triumph, Gretna improves its record to 6-0 on the campaign. The Dragons travel to Papillion-LaVista South (Papillion, NE) to confront the Titans in a A District 2 test on Thursday, October 6. The Titans come into the test with a record of 5-1. Papillion-LaVista South won 66-8 in their recent league test against Omaha South (Omaha, NE)
With the loss, Bellevue West drops to 4-3 on the campaign. The Thunderbirds host Bellevue East (Bellevue, NE) to confront the Chieftains in a A District 2 test on Friday, October 7. The Chieftains come into the test with a record of 4-2. Bellevue East won 51-45 in their recent non-league test against Benson (Omaha, NE)
