In Friday's non-league contest, the host St. Johns Country Day Spartans basketball team scored a big 63-12 win over the St. Joseph Academy Flashes.

The Spartans (11-4) will now prepare for their contest against Clay (Green Cove Springs, FL). The Blue Devils come into the non-league contest with a 3-9 record.

In their next game, the Flashes battle the Old Plank Christian Academy Defenders (Jacksonville, FL) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, January 14.
