The Mallard Creek Mavericks basketball team scored 59 points and held the visiting Hough Huskies to 47 in the Mavericks league triumph on Thursday.

The Mavericks now sport a 5-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Chambers for a 3A/4A Queen City contest on Friday, January 19.
