Utah High School Basketball - Desert Hills overwhelms Crimson Cliffs
January 11, 2024: St. George, UT 84790 Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Desert Hills Thunder (St. George, UT) and the visiting Crimson Cliffs Mustangs (Washington, UT), saw Desert Hills's basketball squad wallop Crimson Cliffs by a count of 54-32.
With the victory, Desert Hills upgrades its record to 5-7 on the campaign. The Thunder host Dixie (St. George, UT) to play the Flyers in a 4A Region 9 challenge on Thursday, January 18. The Flyers come into the challenge with a record of 8-6.
Next up, the Mustangs play the Hurricane Tigers (Hurricane, UT) in a 4A Region 9 challenge, on Tuesday, January 16. Crimson Cliffs will attempt to upgrade on its 4-10 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 8-6 record after their 56-48 non-league win over Moapa Valley (Overton, NV).
