The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Sierra Vista Mountain Lions (Las Vegas, NV) and the host Liberty Patriots (Henderson, NV), observed Sierra Vista's basketball team knock off Liberty by a score of 71-58.

The Mountain Lions (12-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Amplus Academy (Las Vegas, NV). The Archers come into the 4A Desert challenge with a 6-5 record. In their last challenge, Amplus Academy dropped by Somerset Sky Pointe (Las Vegas, NV), 55-45, in a league challenge.
