The Montverde Academy Eagles topped the host Bishop Ireton Cardinals basketball team by a final score of 83-71 in Friday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Eagles face the Elizabeth Seton (Bladensburg, MD) in a non-league game, on Saturday, January 13. Montverde Academy will attempt to move on its 15-1 season record. The enter the game with a 11-1 record after their 50-26 league win over Bishop O'Connell (Arlington, VA).
